The J. Armand Bombardier Museum

Located in Valcourt, in the Eastern Townships region of Quebec, the museum presents the life and work of renowned inventor and entrepreneur Joseph-Armand Bombardier. This privately funded museum also describes the evolution of the snowmobile industry, which owes a lot to Joseph-Armand Bombardier’s vision.

The museum houses two permanent exhibits: Joseph-Armand Bombardier, a Passion for Invention and Entrepreneurship, dealing with the inventor’s life and work, with 14 completely restored vehicles on display, and the International Snowmobile Exhibit, featuring a vast collection of snowmobiles from different eras and every northern country in the world.

The J. Armand Bombardier Museum rounds out its mission by offering a diverse program of temporary exhibits.
